SCHEDULES & SHIFTS:

Shifts will be scheduled by the 333 Music + Arts Festival Staff Coordinator based on your availably via the Volunteer Application Form you submitted. All Staff Members will have access to a copy of the schedule from any Staff Check Point on site. The Staff Coordinator will also have a copy on hand at all times.

Shift swaps and changes must be pre-approved by the Staff Coordinator.

BREAKS:

​

All Security Positions are granted a 30 minute break period per 6-8 hour shift and a 1 hour break period per 8-12 hour shift. 30 minute break periods are to be taken in one full increment and not in several partitions. 1 hour break periods may be taken in 30 minute increments. Security Member must confirm there is a replacement or alternative Staff Member in position before taking a break. Contact the Staff Coordinator or Security Team Leader if any errors or questions occur.
 

PAYMENT:

Once your completed application has been submitted the following steps will happen:

​

• 333 Music + Arts Festival Staff Coordinator will send an email to notify you of your application status by March 31st 2022.

• If accepted, you will receive an email from the 333 Music + Arts Festival Staff Coordinator and you will have until April 30th, 2022 to accept or reject the invitation.

• Once you have accepted the invitation to fulfill a role as a Volunteer Security Team Member at 333 Music + Arts Festival, you will be sent a contract to sign and return.

• Applications that are not accepted will not receive a contract.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

​

1. Volunteer Security Team Members, herein referred to as "Security" agree to abide by all instructions, information and Rules and Regulations of the 333 Music + Arts Festival.

2. 333 Music + Arts Festival shall have sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of all Rules and Regulations contained herein and has the power to make such amendments thereto, and such further Rules and Regulations as it shall consider necessary for the proper conduct and success of the Event.

3. 333 Music + Arts Festival reserves the right to decline, prohibit or expel any Security Member which, in their sole judgment, is out of keeping with the character of the Event, including but not limited to persons, display materials, presentation, performance or conduct.

4. 333 Music + Arts Festival reserves the right to determine, in their sole discretion, the eligibility of all Security applicants and the individual roles and/or positions to be exhibited.

5. 333 Music + Arts Festival Security and Local Law Enforcement reserve the right to conduct security searches of you and your belongings at the festival. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. 

6. Roles and Assignments of Volunteer shall be made by the 333 Music + Arts Festival Staff Coordinator in their sole discretion.

7. Duty assignments will be considered upon final placement.

8. 333 Music + Arts Festival reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to alter the exhibit hours or floor plan arrangements in any manner.

9. Volunteer shall not affix, attach, display, or distribute any magazines, books, pamphlets, promotional materials, handbills, flyers, posters, banners, signs, scrims, or any other similar materials, etc., without the prior express written consent of 333 Music + Arts Festival which shall be given or withheld at 333 Music + Arts Festival’s sole and absolute discretion.

10. Staff Members agree to maintain security and confidentiality of all payments, payment formats, and payment security information inbound or outbound, anytime prior to, during and anytime after the event.

11. Staff Members must comply with all City, County and State,  safety and health regulations and laws.

12. Staff Members shall not distribute or deliver or accept, by sale or by any other method, alcohol, tobacco products, E-CIGS, vape and/or drugs, including but not limited to over-the-counter medications, supplements/vitamins, or any other similar or dissimilar products whatsoever.

13. Staff Members shall not distribute or deliver, either by sale or by any other method, any bottle, can or any product that could be implemented as a missile or projectile, or could create a hazard to the safety of any person or persons at the Venue before, during, or after the Event whatsoever.

14. Staff Members shall not accept any unauthorized source, method and/or format of payment as an alternative source, method and/or format of payment for any validated sales and services authorized by 333 Music + Arts Festival. This will result in an immediate relieve of your position and duties and a potential permanent ban from future events via 333 Record Label and 333 Music + Arts Festival.

15. Staff Members shall not possess or operate individual generators without permissions of 333 Music + Arts Festival's Staff Coordinator.

16. Staff Members shall not possess, distribute or deliver, by sale or any other method, any glass containers whatsoever.

17. Staff Members shall not possess any animals, illegal drugs, weapons, and illegal contraband of any kind whatsoever.

18. Staff Members shall not allow any minors into the Venue at any time before, during, and after the Event without being accompanied, attended, and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian in the minor’s immediate proximity. Event security and the police will be notified of any minors found to be unaccompanied, unattended, and unsupervised by a parent or legal guardian.

19. Staff Members shall not operate, utilize, place or park any vehicle, in any area of the Event except the area specifically designated for the Staff Member Area. No Vehicles, other than those Vehicles designated by 333 Music + Arts Festival shall be permitted in the area specifically designated for the Exhibition. During show days, Vehicle movement only permitted during permitted hours, and with a festival-provided escort. 

20. After the Event, all Staff Members are relieved of assignments and duties. All vehicles must be cleared of the site by June 5th, 2022 at 6:00pm. Any Vehicle found to be in non-compliance shall be towed or otherwise removed from the Venue. Staff Member shall be solely responsible for any towing, storage, and other charges associated and resulting from Vehicle removal.

21. Staff Members shall not operate, utilize, or possess any motorized vehicles including, but not limited to all-terrain vehicles, golf carts, mopeds, dirt bikes, go carts, mules, and any other similar vehicle (collectively and individually referred to hereinafter as an "ATV") unless permitted by 333 Music + Arts Festival in writing. Otherwise, All ATVs shall be confiscated by 333 Music + Arts Festival or removed from the Venue. Staff Member shall be solely responsible for any towing, storage, and other charges associated and resulting from ATV removal.

22. Staff Members shall check in 10 minutes prior to shift start time, prepared and ready for operations and shall not be under the influence of illegal substances and/or alcohol. This will result in immediate relief of your position and duties and permanent removal from the event.

23. Staff Members shall provide an escort to Vendors or Festival services on the Festival site, upon completion of check in and verified access.

24. Vehicle operation, travel and movement is prohibited in the concert area of the Venue during permitted time frames and will be enforced until 333 Music + Arts Festival Vendor Coordinator and/or Staff Coordinator deems it safe after each day’s events have concluded.

25. Upon submission of your application, Staff Member agrees to provide a list of any and all physical Limitations and/or inculpabilities. 333 Music + Arts Festival reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause, to prohibit entry to, and remove from the Event any and all Staff Members for any reason whatsoever.

26. Volunteer Staff Member cancelations must be received in writing by the 333 Music + Arts Festival Staff Coordinator. Contract cancellations between (30) thirty and (15) fifteen days before event start date and time, Staff Member will be refunded (50 %) fifty percent of Ticket/Entry Fee if purchased. Ticket/Entry Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not compensated (14) fourteen days or less prior to event date and time start. Load in is scheduled to begin on June 2nd, 2022 at 8:00am.

COVID-19 NOTICE:

You understand that the event for which you are applying to work shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health requirements as of the date of such event; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and other protective measures.  

WARNING: COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 at the event.  

 

VOLUNTEER SECURITY PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You agree to follow event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the event.  According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19.  You should evaluate your risk in determining whether to attend the event.  By entering the venue/event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that you will adhere to local quarantine requirements and the CDC quarantine guidelines, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html.

By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to all of the 2022 333 Music + Arts Festival rules and requirements.  You also represent and warrant that (a) you have the full right and authority on behalf of your company to submit this application, (b) you have filled it out completely and accurately, (c) you are available for the dates as outlined in this application and (d) if selected, you intend to participate as a volunteer at the 333 Music + Arts Festival.
